Edward O'Neal has been practicing law in North Carolina since 1986 and focuses his practice on litigating domestic law cases. Edward is a former board member for Elizabeth City Downtown, Inc. and Friends of Museum of the Albemarle. He is a former Hyde County Commissioner and former member of the North Carolina Marine Fisheries Commission and served on the Atlantic State's Marine Fisheries Commission. In addition to the state of North Carolina, Edward is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, eastern District of North Carolina and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 4th Circuit.
