Mark Warren, who joined The Twiford Law Firm, P.C. in 2000, focuses his practice on Criminal Defense and Real Estate. Mark draws on his experience as Assistant District Attorney for the North Carolina First Prosecutorial District (1994-2000). He represents individuals in both felony and misdemeanor offenses in the First Prosecutorial District of North Carolina, which includes the counties of Camden, Chowan, Currituck, Dare, Gates, Pasquotank, and Perquimans. In his real estate practice, he helps assist clients with real estate closings and numerous other real estate matters. Mark and The Twiford Law Firm legal real estate professionals are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to their clients.

Mark is a member of the North Carolina Bar and North Carolina Advocates for Justice. He is a past member of the East Carolina University Board of Visitors, past Executive Committee member of the East Carolina University Education Foundation (Pirate Club) and currently serves as Chapter President of the Northeastern North Carolina Pirate Club. He also serves in the Weeksville Lions Club.
