The Founder:
The Founder of our Firm, Mr. Twiford maintained one of the
most extensive and successful practices of law in Eastern
North Carolina for more than forty years. Although now fully
retired, Mr. Twiford continues his distinguished service
with membership in the Federal Fourth Judicial Conference,
and the Wake Forest University School of Law, Board of Visitors.
He is also intimately involved with both the University
of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Wake Forest University
in providing scholarships for students from Northeastern
North Carolina. Currently, he continues to be active in
a number of civic and charitable enterprises as well as
real estate development. Mr. Twiford currently resides in
Elizabeth City, the Outer Banks of North Carolina, and Colorado.
He was recently recognizes as one of Wake Forest University's
School of Law, most distinguished Alumni.
